Police Chief Mark Harris files for Mayor
Columbia City Police Chief Mark Harris filed his papers for Mayor on Tuesday. Harris is a lifelong resident of Columbia and has been a law enforcement officer for more than 20 years and Columbia’s Chief of Police for the past seven years. He and his wife Cindy have two daughters, Kendra and Bailey who are pictured with him.
